1. The diversity and its ease of use. The correction is simple a can be applied with or without using kinesiology. The four workshops cover more areas than most other kinesiology courses in the same time frame.
2. No system is any "better" an any other. MK's major advantage is its simplicity, speed and ease of use when dealing with the big (real) issues. Every system works, some just take longer, eg. One client stated, " What we did today would have taken three years with my psychiatrist".
3. No. All procedures are basically the same and are fully laid out in the manual which is included with each level.
4. Thorough yes, complicated no. Once you have mastered the basics it becomes really easy. The basic procedure does not change.
5. No. In many cases using MK actually reduces the need for supplementation or eliminates it all together. Correcting hydration alone can dramatically reduce the need for supplementation for many people.
6. Because MK works with people not on people there is no need for tools. We have used other Kinesiology's that do use crystals, tuning forks and all sorts of gadgets and after testing (with and without the "tools" ) found they really do not make that much difference. Understanding how to activate the body's healing mechanism by-passes the need for "tools".
We do recommend purchasing Annette Noontil's " The body is the barometer of the soul", along with Louise L. Hay's "You can heal your life" and "Heal your Body".
7. Just about anyone.

8. We sometimes ask to repeat what appears to be a negative statement, eg. a lady came to see us and during the session was asked to repeat the statement. "I hate my mother". The lady had some trouble saying this as she believed she loved her mother. After saying the statement a couple of times she added "I hate my mother because she would not buy me an ice cream". Afterwards she laughed as she remembered an incident when she was two years old and did indeed (at that time) hate her mother.
Another lady had no trouble saying "I hate my mother". When asked to say "I Love my mother", she had to do so one word at a time. She cried and cried for the years of hiding the fact, she did indeed love her mother.
Appropriate statements for appropriate situations. Positive thinking only works when the underlying destructive patterns have been released. We programme out the blocks that are in place, to free the person to be who they really are. Clearing what we are holding on to is more important, we believe, than covering the problem with another layer.
When we start using affirmations after this process they are no longer in conflict with the inner dialogue and work more effectively.

9. We are all incredible people, some of us act as if we are not, for good logical, sensible reasons in our way of thinking. MK helps people identify their own stories and release the mistruths. This then frees us up to be ourselves, not who we thought we were. If we believe we can or we believe we can't we are right.
There are basically two types of people in this world:
- Those who believe they can, and give it a go.
- Those who can, but believe they can't, and don't give it a go.
In the end it's your call, you either can or you can't. Either way you will be right.

10. Energy follows thought and the language of thought is the emotions. See the posture page for more details. Suppressed and withheld feelings creates tension which builds in the body and is expressed as pain and dis-ease.
No. Many will tell you you must belong to an association or be accredited, it is not necessary. Accreditation is useful and joining associations do have benefits but it will not make you any better at kinesiology. Dr. John Thie, the founder of Touch for Health and the father of (natural health) Kinesiology worked mostly with Touch for Health One. Many people already have qualifications in a particular arera that provides health care cover or accreditation to associations. Why spend your valuable time and money on complicated courses when Motivational Kinesiology will provide all the tools in four workshops? In fact MK One alone is more than enough for most people to use. It was set up that way, so that people can walk away from the Level One with the tools to make changes in peoples lives.
