Compiler-Generated Functions

The C++ compiler may generate code internally. A few are easily described since they are defined at global scope with the same declaration and body in all circumstances. (Others may get written up some other time.)

• vector constructor iterator (__vec_ctor)
• vector vbase constructor iterator (__vec_ctor_vb)
• vector destructor iterator (__vec_dtor)
