he prestigious Uffizi collection, which includes Leonardo’s earliest drawing known, the 1473 landscape, is presented by Carlo Pedretti with an extensive introduction followed by a full bibliography and tables of concordance. The drawings (11 by Leonardo and 39 by his followers) are catalogued by Gigetta Dalli Regoli.
A leather covered box (size 335 x 448 mm), with gold stamping, contains 50 plates with facsimile reproductions of the drawings, recto and verso, and a text volume of 106 pages, printed on handmade paper and bound in Fabriano paper. The Facsimile is limited to 998 numbered sets world-wide.
