Help Information

We have attempted to make browsing through our web site as easy as possible. The following information is to assist you if you do have difficulty using our site.

Many of the small illustrations shown next to the title of the books can be enlarged by simply clicking on the illustration. This will provide you with an enlargement and in many cases further illustrations. The illustrations have been designed to display on a Super VGA screen at 800 by 600 pixels using High Colour.

Individual pages in our web site have a series of navigation buttons at the top of each page designed to assist you in negotiating the many pages in our site. To easily return to the top of any page to make a selection from these navigation buttons, simply press the "Home" key on your keyboard.

We have provided the provision on many of the pages on our site to send us an e-mail message. This facility is dependent upon the browsers mail facility being activated. If you do not normally use the browser used for Internet access as your e-mail facility, the e-mail facility within our web site may not work.

We have tested our site using the "Netscape Navigator", "Microsoft Internet Explorer" software and with the exception of minor inconsistencies between these two programs, the web site appears to operate without difficulties. We have tested using Explorer's "medium and smaller" fonts and Netscape's default and one size smaller fonts. We do recommend using the "smaller" font for best results.

Details of the various components of our "Tool Bar" are as follows:

Home

Selecting Home will return you to the Finn's Fine Books home screen. From this screen you can then select a number of options for browsing through the various information pages provided.

Up

Selecting Up will return you to the selection screen for the screen you are currently viewing. Normally this will return you to the appropriate Table of Contents screen.

Selecting Next will take you to the next screen in sequence. This is a convenient way to review multiple screens i.e. look at the details of all books from within a specific time period.

Using the Previous selection works the same as Next except in reverse.

Selecting Contents will return you to a selection screen providing options to select specific "Table of Contents".

Info

Selecting Info returns you to the screen Information on Facsimile Books. From this screen you are able to make selections into the various sections provided.

New

This selection will display any "New" information included in the document since the last major update.

Help

Selecting Help will return you to this section.

Selecting any of the icon options from this section will return you to the Finn's Fine Books home page with the exception of Info , Contents and New , which will return you to their respective pages. You may feel that it would be more convenient to exit from this section directly into a known Table of Contents page, therefore we have provided the following selection opportunities to return to our document:
