The Tasmanian fleet has seen another boost to numbers with an new order for a 49er from Anna Mediecke and Nick Behrens to be delivered in early January 1998.

Anna and Nick have been currently sailing a Sharpie and will turn their talents to their new 49er following the Sharpie nationals being held in Hobart over Christmas.

The Tasmanian fleet now has 7 boats with another couple due early in 1998.

Dates and 1998-99 nationals information will be available following the 49er national AGM at Lake Macquaire on Saturday13th December.
