This weekend has seen the arrival of another 49er which is to be sailed by Simon Burrows and Mathew Johnston, the yet unnamed boat AUS222 will be racing with the rest of the fleet this weekend.

In other 49er news we the Tasmanian Association is starting preparations for the 1998-99 National Championships that will be held in Hobart.  A draft notice of race plus an information package on Hobart will be available at the National in Lake Macquarie and the Worlds in Perth.
