ANSWER

He moved into a new house.

The Age-Harmonic Chart for the date of the event 7 July 2010 provides the Answer.

AGE-HARMONIC

Following the recommended procedure we look first for Significators on Angles and are immediately rewarded:
The Vertex on the Ascendant square Uranus on the 4th Cusp.

The Vertex is a Significator of the first rank; the square is a powerful Aspect with a small orb (41' A); Uranus is also conjunct an Angle.

Check the other close Aspects
  1. Moon conjunct Mercury ((orb 18' S).
The Moon has an importance ranking similar to the Vertex but is down-graded by its position on Cusp 2 which is the point of power of the 2nd House and much less powerful than the Ascendant.
  2. Sun sextile Venus (orb 2' S). The Sun has first-rank importance as a Significator but the sextile is the weakest of the Ptolemy Aspects. Both the Sun and Venus lose power by being well away from a Cusp.

So we have already found the all-important Dominant Feature, Vertex square Uranus, which will supply the Answer to the Test.

The basic nature of Vertex square Uranus is Significant Change. With the Vertex on the Ascendant this means a new environment.
Looking through the list of events, choose the one most closely allied to this meaning:
Obviously No. 3 - He moved into a new house.

It is noteworthy that both Moon conjunct Mercury and Sun sextile Venus support the interpretation of the Dominant Feature.

Heike Pott (Germany):
(Heike uses Uranian Astrology and the trans-Neptunian Planets.
Abbreviationsd: r = radix, t = transit, h = harmonic d = Solar-Arc directed, “ ^ " means midpoint
NOr^ADr means, this is the midpoint axis, the axis being investigated.
MC/JU means, the the halfsum MC/JU to the midpoint.)

I came to the conclusion that he moved into a new house.
The relevant axis at that time, due to the Solar-Arc dynamic is NOd=ADr,
NOr^ADr =
MEt/SAt = ASt/SUt
ME/SA=AS - moving house;

Harmonic Chart:
SAh in ASr 11/5 equals URh on ASr 4/12 cusp
and PLh in ASr 4/12 points to CUh in ASr 3/1 as mirroring point.
PL/CU - change of social structures;

Shirley Gray (East Lansing, Michigan USA):
I'll say Change of Residence, as shown in the daily Age-Harmonic Chart:
Uranus at 4th (the Home) makes a close square to Vertex, Ascendant and Natal Uranus, signifying upset, separation and change of environment.
Drastic change and upheaval shown by Saturn Ruler 4th in tight 135-degree Aspect with Uranus.
Sun in Saturn’s Exaltation Sign is closely sextile Venus in 3rd House (Removal).

Irene Knudsen (Germany:)
He moved into a new house
I used the Age Harmonic Chart of the 7th July 2010.
Uranus on the 4th Cusp (home), change in the home.
Ascendant Libra ( order and harmony in the home ) and Ruler Venus in the 3rd House, removal.
Sun ( one’s home) conjunct the Part of Fortune (treasure) sextile Venus, a lucky removal.
Pluto in the 4th House square the POF, a remarkable destiny of change in the home.
Uranus the rupturer ( Co-Ruler of the 4th) 135° to Saturn (Ruler of the 4th,
Co-Ruler of the 3rd ), the old home developed into a new home.
Harmonic Ascendant conjunct Uranus (the native) and the Harmonic Uranus square the
Natal Ascendant = relocation.
Neptune in the 4th House conjunct the Natal I.C., a dissolving situation of the old home.

Anny van Berckel-de Kok (NL):
As I am using the Sidereal zodiac, I prefer the delineation of the solar 2009. It was an annus horrible for him. I assume he moved out of the House: Solar Ascendant turns into IVrx; Moon progressed is in IV conjunct Lilith.
Solar Sun in Sidereal Leo is conjunct Saturn in Leo which means he should take care of his heart (worked too hard?).
Solar Mercury in Sidereal Virgo is in III Solar = Lord of IV: Change of domicile, square Solar Mars in XII = Solar Lord of House II rx.
Pluto in Sagittarius (Sid.) occupies Solar House VI 2009: square Saturn/Equinox = growing change in his relations. Pluto in VI Solar + Radix = Lord IX.
Age-Harmonic MC is also in IV. In there too Pluto is midpoint Mercury/Saturn rx (in Aries conjunct East Point) uncertainty about his future.

Madhu Nair (India):
I go for option (3) He moved into a new House.
His major period ruler is Mercury and sub period ruler is Venus.
Venus is ninth Lord of change and star-Lord of the 4th Cusp of house.
Venus was transiting in H12 (change).
Rahu (North Node) was very close to the Most Effective Point of fourth House.

Congratulations to all who attempted this Test, whether the answer submitted was right or wrong. Careful study of the Charts is repaid by the understanding it gives of the relevant importance of their various factors.

I will email the relevant Age-Harmonic Chart to anyone who requests it.
