Here is the Horoscope of a woman born at 6:30 am in Canterbury, NSW, Australia on 3rd February 1970.


The Native is married and lives in Melbourne, Australia; no children, father deceased. She is permanently employed in secretarial work.

The Test is to determine astrologically what important event occurred in her life during the month of November, 2009. The event was one of the following:

1. She embarked on a luxury round-the-world cruise.
2. She exchanged contracts for a house purchase.
3. She obtained an increase in salary.
4. She started legal proceedings for divorce.
5. She was engaged in publishing a lengthy scientific paper.

Use any astrological method and Charts. My offer stands to email the appropriate Month Age-Harmonic Chart to anyone who wants to trial this simple and accurate technique. The principal steps are to determine and isolate the Dominant Feature of the Chart – the feature of greatest importance, which could be a planet or complex of planets – and interpret it without reference to other unrelated Aspects.

Answer

In the Month Harmonic Chart the Floating MC is conjunct Jupiter and sextile the Sun, while Saturn is closely sextile Jupiter. So the Dominant Feature is a complex of four Significators, MC, Jupiter, Sun and Saturn. These alone give the Answer.
Jupiter conjunct the the MC implies a major benefit of the nature described by the other Significators.
There is a common factor among them -- real property: The Sun ruling the 4th House, Saturn ruling property; Saturn also rules the 9th House (legal processes). Mercury in the 9th is contracts; Uranus, the exchange.

I used the Month Age Harmonic for November 3, 2009.
The Dominant Feature is Jupiter (Court, Legal Document) conjunct the floating MC. This combo sextiles another combo of Saturn, Ruler 9th (Legal Document) conjunct the Sun, Ruler 4th (her Home).

I used the Month Harmonic Chart 39,74897. In this Chart the more important Aspects are:

• Jupiter in 8th, Ruler 8th (money of contracts) conjunct Floating MC. Jupiter is sextile the Sun, Ruler 4th (real estate),
• POF in 8th conjunct Uranus, Ruler 9th (legalisation),
• Mars in 7th, Ruler 7th (contracts) is semisextile POF in 8th (money of contracts),
• Moon in 2nd (money), Ruler Asc is semisextile Eq Asc,

She exchanged contracts for a house purchase.

My conclusion for Test 163:
She exchanged contracts for a house purchase: She is in her Ma-Ma dasa. Mars is significator of real estate. There is a rasi aspect between Mars and the ord of the 4th. Mars is in the 3rd House and is Lord of the 3rd. The 3rd House points to contracts.


Francoise Mechri (France):
This test is particularly difficult in Siderial Lahiri because the Ase is at 00°16 Aquarius and if this native was born only 2 or 3 minutes earlier the Asc could be at the end of Capricorn.
However I ‘m going try to answer with Asc in Aquarius.
In November dasha Moon and it’s end bukti Kethu and beginning bukti Venus in December.
In the Natal Chart the Moon is conjunct Cusp XI and can give movement with money, emotion, desires and their fulfillment, home and realization of desire etc. The Moon is also Lord of VI and can give difficulty, obstacles etc. In realization of desire and in income. Kethu is in VII and can give something in relation to contracts, with conjoint or with travel abroad.
Venus Lord IV (home house)/IX (ideal) is in XII close to Lord VII and can give exchange of contracts with expenditure.
In November Kethu in V but close to Cusp VI can give event in relation to a loan. Venus in IX (legality) near Jupiter N Lord II (money )/XI (realization of desire ).
I think maybe she exchanged contracts for a house purchase.
