TEST 160 - Female
This is the Horoscope of a woman born in Pointe-a-Pitre, Guadeloupe at 8:10 pm AST on 31 January 1969.
This month’s Test is to determine whether or not there was an important event for her in
March 2009. If so, what was the event?
The Native lives alone in a rented flat in Pointe-a-Pitre. She has no children and has never married but has had a boyfriend for two years. Her family (parents and siblings) are in good health. She also is in good health, drives her own car and is sports-minded. She practises handball regularly. She started a good new job in August 2007.
The correct Answer will be posted to this Website on
15th September (Australian time) together with any correct answers received by email.
Use any astrological method and Chart. My offer stands to email the appropriate
month Age-Harmonic Chart to anyone who wants to trial this remarkably accurate technique.
ANSWER
The woman gave birth to a
girl on 5th March 2009.
The Age-Harmonic Chart for March 2009 depicts the event.
AGE-HARMONIC MONTH

Following the recommended approach (see below), we find there isn’t any planet on an Angle or conjunct the Floating MC. Looking for close planetary links we see the
conjunction of Pluto with Uranus in the creative 5th House. This is the Dominant Feature. Its only competitor is the partile trine of the Sun to Mars but a close conjunction (orb 29' S) in a strong House outweighs the trine.
The 5th House is associated with births and Pluto with the birthing process. Pluto conjunct Uranus in the 5th House is the picture of a delivery. Supporting this is the Elevated Moon sextile Venus Ruling the Ascendant, and Jupiter on the 8th Cusp:
(parturition) indicating a successful and happy delivery.
HINTS ON SOLVING THE TEST QUESTIONS
(The application of these hints can be seen in my
Answers to past Test Questions on the Website.)
-
Find the DOMINANT FEATURE of the Chart (see below).
- Interpret the Dominant Feature in relation to the inherent meaning of the planets concerned and the House/s occupied or ruled.
- Disregard other elements of the Chart except any that support the meaning of the Dominant Feature.
In searching for the Dominant Feature of a chart the normal order of importance is –
- A planet on an Angle or conjunct the Floating MC.
- A Ptolemy Aspect with the smallest orb, remembering that
(a) Conjunctions are the most powerful of the planetary links, and
(b) Interplanetary Aspects in general take precedence over Aspects involving a Zodiacal Point.
- A complex of planets linked by tight Aspects (including minor Aspects).
- A Stellium in a House.
- A Singleton high in the Chart.
It may come to a choice between competing factors, in which case your knowledge and experience are the best guide.
Responses from Participants
Nineteen participants responded by email but none found the correct answer. This was principally because the astrologers were diverted from the Dominant Feature of the Month-Harmonic Chart by the many irrelevant Aspects in this and derived charts. However, congratulations to you all for your genuine effort in making the attempt.
