On 6 November 2003 the man had a surgical operation for a heart disorder. Above is his Harmonic Chart for that date.
The Chart has Aries Rising. Ruler Mars rules also the 8th House, which immediately suggests surgery.
The Vertex conjunct Mars emphasizes the Martian energy and indicates a significant life event.
Mercury at the 8th Cusp and ruling the House of Illness squares the Equatorial Ascendant (the person).
Hospitalization is shown by the Moon in the 8th House trine Saturn in the 12th, Saturn sextile Neptune, Co-Ruler of the 12th, and Jupiter on the Ascendant ruling the 12th.
The only other possibility – arrested for cocaine trafficking – is ruled out by the absence of a coercive Aspect from Pluto to Jupiter.

For progressions Sun makes squad the saturn that is in the 1 and it
dominates to 12 it can be prison, or hospital and the sun dominates to 6
(disease), diseases and to attack a planet in the house 1.
Mars progressed in cnj to the MC and it is now the regent of the 12
progressed.
Progressed Moon is in cnj in the Sun regent of the 6. (disease)
Ascendant in progression in exact opposition with native pluto.
Ecuador progressed in square with the moon progressed lady of the 6
progressed.
Fill up of the fortune progressed that involves the house 1 it is in exact
conjunction with progressed saturn.

Analysis of the birthchart and of the diurnal chart in mundo.
In the birth chart, Saturn is ruler (Almuten). It is in the Ist House in debility (in Aries). It is a very malefic planet for the health. The ruler of the Ist House, Venus, is in exile and fall in the VIIth House. The health is weak. The first House is afflicted.
Sun, the conditional luminary, is in conjunction with the cusp of the VIIIth House (in fall). The vital energy is weak. Particularly at the level of the heart. Its dispositor (ruler) is Saturn in fall. Sun is ruler of the VIth House. It means severe disease.
In the diurnal chart in mundo for the date of 05 november 2003 to 06 november 2003. Sun, ruler of the Ist House, is weak in the VIIIth House, in conjunction with Mercury, ruler of the VIth House (problem of rhythm, spasmodic functioning of the heart?). Saturn, almuten of the birth chart, is in Cancer (chest) in conjunction with the cusp of the IVth House, in the 8th house from the VIII.

In the Trimsamsha Venus is in the 8th from the 8th. From Venus the Moon is conjunct Mars, karaka for surgery and the Moon is from the Lagna in the 12th (hospital). From the Moon Saturn is in the 8th. From Saturn the Moon is in the 6th conjunct Mars. From the Moon Venus is ruling the 8th.
