Dancing is lots of fun and a great way to make friends. Students of Dance Experience are able to enjoy dancing from an early age right though to teenage years. Studying dance also delivers physical benefits – greater strength, coordination, rhythm, musicality and flexibility, along with increased self-discipline, poise and confidence.

Tap:

Tap helps to develop a finely tuned sense of rhythm, coordination and it is also great fun.

Contemporary is a very modern and expressive form of dance, a cross between Ballet and Jazz where students are encouraged to experiment with movement. It helps flexibility, coordination and teaches students great control and understanding of using their muscles to create certain movements.
