I agree to be bound by the code of conduct of NSW Sub-districts Rugby Union.

At all times both on and off the field I will not behave in a manner detrimental to the Hunters Hill Rugby Club or its sponsors.

I understand that any accommodation or club equipment arranged by the club must be maintained in a tidy and reasonable manner.

I understand that any payments for accommodation, utilities and other club arranged facilities and services is my responsibility and I agree to ensure all payments required are met when and as due.

I understand that employment opportunities may be introduced to me by the club. I agree my employer has sole discretion to determine my initial and ongoing suitability as an employee. At all time in my employment I acknowledge that I am a representative of the Hunters Hill Rugby Club.

I agree to pay the club players registration fee when due.

I acknowledge from time to time that I may be requested as a member of a rostered duty team to assist the operational management at home games. This may include ground lay-out and clean up and canteen duty.

I acknowledge from time to time, to assist our sponsors, I may be required to represent the club in an official capacity. I undertake to assist with any reasonable request made by a sponsor or club management.

I acknowledge that the coaches, managers and officials of Hunters Hill Rugby provide their services gratis and are deserved of unqualified public support.

Failure to abide by the Hunters Hill Rugby Union Football Club code of conduct may result in club disciplinary action which may result in the suspension or termination of your club and playing membership. Serious breaches may be reported to the appropriate Union for further action.
