Less than 18 Less than 17 VERY UNDERWEIGHT BEWARE, you are too thin for your height and at a greater risk of developing health problems
Between 18 & 19.9 Between 17 & 18.9 UNDERWEIGHT You are underweight for your height and you could afford to weigh a little more
Between 20 & 24.9 Between 19 & 23.9 Healthy Weight Range You are within the healthy weight range for your height. 
Between 25 & 29.9 Between 24 & 29.9 OVERWEIGHT You are possibly at risk of health problems
Greater than 30 Greater than 30 OBESE BEWARE, you are too heavy for your height and at a greater risk of developing health problems.
