Q How long does it take to learn the technique?

A It takes a surprisingly short time to learn how to do a 40 - 45 minute Ayurvedic Reflexology routine. At first it will feel a bit strange. Some of the movements are brisk and they can be physically demanding. However, the hand techniques are not complicated and are easy to use. Within a week or so of using the routine on your clients, it will become second nature and no longer physically demanding.
