How would you rate the condition of this camera?

Excellent Plus (Very Clean)
Excellent (Shows normal wear, might have minor scratches)
Excellent Minus (Average wear, may have small marks but no brassing)
Very Good (Shows heavier wear, works mechanically fine)
Good (Shows extra heavy use wear, usable)
Fair (Beaten up)

Given the following pictures, had you received this camera in exactly this visual condition, how would you rate it according to the scale shown on the left?  It is assumed that the camera functions.

Note that the rear eyepiece is completely missing and you can see the thread has been broken off.
