Title:
Mötley Crüe - World
Tour
Year of Release:
1984
Pages (inc. covers): 24
Dimensions (HxW): 353x257mm
Contents:
Band Members Dossier, Group Pictures, Back Catalogue, Tour Credits, Merchandise Ad &
Order Form.
Intro Text: With the ongoing success of Shout At
The Devil, 1984 has been a great year for Mötley Crüe and wherever, and whenever, you
happen to be reading this, wed like to thank you for your support.
Since our story so far has been well documented
in the music press, rather than indulge in any kind of long-assed biography, weve
decided to pack out this tour book with as many hot live pix as possible, as well as
including some off-the-wall factfiles. Were sure that true
Crüe fans will get off on
these far more than the typical bullshit ramblings that tend to fill the pages of most
tour programmes.
For the uninitiated, Mötley Crüe was officially
formed on January 17th, 1981 in Los Angeles; we subsequently built up a strong
local following and then put out our independent debut Too Fast For Love LP, which later
led to a worldwide deal with Elektra; Shout At The Devil came out late last year and
weve since been busting our balls on the road.
Anyway, stay bad and keep sinning!

Japanese version was also produced containing a mixture of photos of
the band as well as live shots from the Shout At The Devil days,

Mötley Crüe
Girls Girls Girls World Tour 87/88
Year of Release:
1987
Pages (inc. covers): 24
Dimensions (HxW): 305x305mm Contents:
Band Members Bio, Group Pictures, Merchandise Insert Flyer, History, Tour Credits, Back
Catalogue.
Intro Text:
Whats most important to a rock
& roll band? To be voted No. 1 favorite metal band for three years by the
readers poll of Hit Parader? Or have a new album enter the Billboard chart at No. 5?
And shipped platinum to boot?
Any run of the mill band would be happy for
half that, and then theyd sit on their asses and slide. Wouldnt you? Not
Mötley. Because Mötley kicks ass. Because Vince, Tommy, Mick and Nikki need to kick ass.
And its because they wont accept anything less than the best for themselves
and their fans. At heart theyre real grinders. They have to be, because theyre
competing with the best. Theyre in competition with themselves.
So the new show and album are the baddest,
toughest Mötley yet, not some sound-alike, look-alike retread. Once youve heard the
album and seen the show youll know: Mötley came, Mötley saw, and
Mötley thrashed.
Nikki puts it mildly when he says, "As musicians, were not even the same rock
& roll band anymore. When you hear the record and see the show youll be able to
hear that we are a seasoned rock & roll band."
And Crüe never forgets a friend Even
though Mick, Tommy, Vince and Nikki are straight ahead about their music, they are just as
serious about the Crüe Credo. This show and album are for all the headbangers who live on
the edge and dont compromise with anyone or anything, living for themselves and
their dreams.
