Another favourite site is a paper entitled Open Space and Dogs by Harlock Jackson P/L in association with Associate Professor Judith K. Blackshaw and Jane Marriott (August 1995) which can be found at Petnet - I think that this is a very important work. It presents a lot of solid research to support well-argued reasons why dogs, dog-people and non-dog-people too, all need to have their needs met in the provision – and the special design - of open space in urban areas. How else are we all going to live together?
