Canine Olympics
All the recent focus on Sydney for the 2000 Olympics and Paralympics made me think about a Canine Olympics! How many quirky little things do we dogs do that make one wonder if, in a previous life, we were sporting heroes?
For example, I just like to retrieve tennis balls but my friend Leelou, is definitely playing Water Polo - Defence. Wherever I turn, there she is, blocking. That's all she wants to do. In fact that is the whole point as far as she is concerned.
