stringmansassy...

stringmansassy are a unique talent. Originally playing cafe venues around their home town of Brisbane (Australia), Kacey Patrick and Aaron Hopper have literally taken the German jazz world by storm. After a 10-day tour of Singapore, they became the main musical performers in the Australian Pavilion at the World Expo in Hannover in 2000. They won the award for the most popular entertainment at the Expo, which ran for 5 months and included pavilions from almost 50 countries. Their gruelling schedule consisted of playing up to 5 nights a week for the entire 5 months.

Embarking on a tour of Germany, their concerts were met with spectacular success. After the German tour, which ended around the middle of 2001, they came back to Australia to play in the many jazz festivals and other music venues that Australia has to offer.
