ROBYN'S GLUTEN-FREE RICE SAUCE

Simple to make, and tasty. Use it on cooked rice or gluten-free pasta. Robyn was vague about the exact ingredients - apparently they vary each time she makes this recipes.

Ingredients:

   dollop of olive oil
   diced onion
   garlic

Lower the heat and add:

   chopped fresh oregano OR basil
   chopped vegetables, such as zuchinni, capsicum (bell peppers),
     mushrooms, maybe carrot
   tin of seasoned Italian tomatoes
Method:
Simmer. Add 125g of cream cheese (chopped), and just before serving add ripe avocado (chopped). Serve on cooked rice or corn pasta.
