This Tibetan exercise combines spinning with four Yoga movements.
This combination revitalises energy, rebalances the body "spinal column" and cleanses the human aura "energy field".
The spinning subjects the whole body to a centrifugal force while the four other exercises realign the four alchemic elements (earth, air, water and fire) along the spinal column.
These exercises are fantastic for your vitality, and reduce the effects of aging.
Always spin in clockwise direction in Northern and Southern Hemisphere. Then follow up with the four back exercises.
The arrows IN / OUT indicate recommended breathing. Repeat each exercise up to (not exceeding) 21 times before moving to the next.
At the beginning do each exercise only as many times as comfortable (perhaps 5 times). Over time, gradually work up to the maximum of 21 times (nose breathing is preferred). Practise ones a day.
