STEVE SAMPSON has been working for over 15 years in the bread & butter gigs of the duo & trio popular music repertoire, and has developed as a result (of not using a drum machine except as a footrest) a unique melodic/rhythmic approach that helps to fill out a trio situation into a band sound borne from covering the rolls of more than one instrument. Steve composes, arranges and produces music for other projects, assisting the underscorer for various Childrens T.V. series ('Lift-Off'; 'Mission Top Secret'; 'Escape from Jupiter')

JACKIE ORSZACZKY cites Bartok, Ornette Coleman, the great black R&B Musicians, and the folk music of his native Hungary, as influences behind what is now regarded as the heart of some of the most original, creative, and popular bands in contemporary groove music. Based in Sydney since 1974, Jackie's work including MD for Marcia Hines, touring with and backing Jon King Cleary, Tim Finn, arrangements for The Rockmelons, U AM I, Hoodoo Gurus.....goes a long way to describing his work and standing as a musician amongst his peers. There are three incarnations in the form of 'The Grandmasters', 'Soul Caravan' and 'Budget Orchestra' appearing under the Orszaczky umbrella of late, including combinations of band/brass section, & band/brass/string section - led from the bass and outside the beat.

CRAIG HITCHCOCK currently working with the Tania Kernaghan Band, Craig's 'early work' particularly in the Country Music scene has endeared him to many of the idioms major artists - James Blundell, Troy Cassar-Daley, Smokey Dawson, Gina Jeffries, Shane Howard, & Anne Kirkpatrick all love his 'latest work'. Craig's hard work & tenacity are paying off as his demand as a session player is now overtaking his live performing. Craig has been given two basses as an endorsement through Tomkins Custom Guitars, and a deal with 'Players Strings' (GHS) designed in Australia. Word of Craig's talent as an arranger and copyist is now earning work in the studio and in ensemble format, for eg., Allan Caswell, Keith Armitage, Felicity Urquhart, Laurel Edwards.

REBECCA JOHNSON ,a girl with a mission, who, for the past 16 years, has spread the word playing with Sydney's major live acts, is now deservedly making her mark in touring overseas, intitally to South East Asia, having spent most of April - June 1996 in Malasia. Rebecca plays hard, & party's hard, as I discovered when we played shows as the Geoff Achison Band. The hard work she puts into her art coupled with her funky & percussive slap technique that has become her trademark can be heard on albums by Jenny Morris, Matt Finish, Margaret Urlich, the Jamie Wison Band & Richard Clapton.
Having made numerous television appearances including her own commercial for Electro Voice speaker boxes, Rebecca has earned endorsements by Labysystems Amplification, Earnie Ball Strings & Electro Voice.
