The Government has finally admitted that the CSA is an unjust imposition on the Australian taxpayer (apart from its direct victims) and in the 1999 amendments to the Act has budgeted for 100 million dollars saving per annum by allowing people to depart forever from the clutches of this evil agency. That's about $2,000 pa saving to the taxpayer for every person who exercises their right to manage their own child support arrangements.

How do you achieve this?

The easy path depends upon the consent of the payee. If you have that consent you simply sign off on consent orders to pay a reasonable amount of child support privately.

If Buttercup does not consent then the job is a little harder as you will then need to contest the matter.

Our job is to provide you with the tools to give it your best shot to help yourself and the taxpayer.

What is the correct amount to pay

The correct amount of child support is the amount applicable to your situation as per the BSU cost of children survey of 1998 and we will provide you with that figure for your case.

But CSA tells me I have to pay at least as much as the assessment?
