Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. All offers made must be forwarded on the form provided, to the address requested and with all details complete & no later than the valid date.
2. A maximum of 5 offers per day from any one person or email address will be accepted, all additional offers will be filtered out and disregarded.
3. Product will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Payment can be in several forms and will be agreed to when you are notified as having made a purchase.
4. Offers made from outside the state of New South Wales, Australia may be subjected to approval by Autodesk Australia Pty Ltd.
5. Shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser, details of the mode of transport and the charges will be supplied on request or purchaser can arrange shipping in accordance with item 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
6. GST. Offers made through NetAuction are for the goods only. GST will be applied to these offers when and where applicable.
