Edwin John VIVIAN / Emma Elizabeth POULTON

Edwin was born in Narracoorte. During the gold rush in W.A. he went to the Coolgardie-Kalgoorlie area (with his father and brothers) looking for alluvial gold. After returning from the goldfields he worked for John Poulton at Cambacany (north of Rainbow).
Emma was born in Dalkey, S..A. They married in 1903 spending time at Rainbow, then in 1908 moved onto a farm in Hopetoun West, where they remained.
