Hannah and William (Courtis/Curtis) married in 1837 at St Agnes. In 1841 William was an agricultural labourer, probably working for his father at St Erth - Hannah and the twin
boys were staying with her parents at the time.
They emigrated to America in possibly 1842. A William Curtis b.1838 passenger list entry found (was this William Henry?), but no such entries found for other family members. The 1850 US Census (Mill Creek, Jo Daviess, Illinois), however, shows daughter Elizabeth born in America in 1844, so emigration date seems likely. William was a farmer in Illinois.
