James was possibly born in Sedgley, though information on him is sketchy.
Mary was born in Bloxwich. They married in 1805 (?) and by 1841 they were living in Walsall, where all the children except for James Jnr were baptised -
he was baptised in Bloxwich. A James Oakley from Walsall also died in 1850, so is a possible/likely match.
