My primary objective is the creation of compositions.

Some of the paintings below are the base for larger scale work to be developed in the future.
The color scheme used is based on the tetradic system using pairs of complementary colors.
The system I adopted uses the three primary colors and white.

Currently, I am paying particular atention to the creation of surface textures and spontaneus marks on the canvas.
My reference painters, at the moment, are: de Stael, Dubuffet and Jonas Svazas, among others.
I am enjoying my painting classes in Melbourne, Australia, with both Richard Scales and Ron Reynols.

The pencil drawings were generally done during my travellings.
Most of them during bycicle tours in Australia, Europe and North America.

Suggestions, enquires and comments are welcome.
Viewing of the available works in Blackburn, Victoria, Australia, can be arranged only by appointment and via email .
