ARE YOU STRUGGLING TO FIND THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR A POSITION?

RUSSIAN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES CAN HELP AND IT WILL COST YOU ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

SCEPTICAL? PLEASE READ ON.

RES is a Community Business Employment Project funded by The Victorian Government, Department of State Development, to provide assistance to unemployed people of a Russian or Eastern European background. To this end we have developed a database of excellent but unfortunately unemployed people from a variety of backgrounds. These people come to us voluntarily and are extremely motivated to find work.

OUR MISSION IS TO HELP THEM FIND EMPLOYMENT?
THEREFORE WHY DON'T WE WORK TOGETHER?
HOW WILL IT WORK?

Lets assume you have a vacancy that you are unable to find the right person for. Your employer client is pressuring you to source suitable candidates. OK sure you can advertise, but as well as/instead of advertising why not pick up the phone and talk to us. It could well be that we have just the person you are looking for registered on our database. If so we will happily send you a resume or even set up an interview for you at your offices.
