Rabbit removal

The original plans have been entirely scrapped, and the papers relating to it have been withdrawn while a working party looks at the solutions found for Phillip Island near Norfolk Island. They hope to report back in the second half of 2001.

The council papers have been temporarily withdraw, at the request of Councillor Jean Grey. Note that this matter was also the subject of an editorial in The Islander.
