We're delighted that once again Frisco will be representing South Australia in the 
PEDIGREE AUSTRALIAN SHOWDOG OF THE YEAR Final to be held in March 06.

Frisco arrived in Australia from Joanne Reed's famous Windrift Kennel of California USA during October 1999.  He attended his first shows on November 27 & 28, just six days out of quarantine and immediately made an impact, winning Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show respectively, just a few days short of 10 months of age.  Since that time Frisco has won many hearts and Best of Breeds and he continues to rewrite Australian Keeshond history...

He created Breed history in November 2001
by becoming the YOUNGEST EVER Grand Champion Keeshond in Australia 
...at just two years of age!

And at three years of age Frisco claims a new record for All-Breed Best in Show wins for Australian Kees, defeating a 17 year old record.  At four years of age Frisco DOUBLES the previous record.

Frisco is the first and only Keeshond to ever be invited to compete for the Title of 
AUSTRALIAN SHOWDOG OF THE YEAR!  
Frisco is also the first and only Keeshond to win The Battle of the Champions or any competition of it's kind in Australia !

Our thanks go to Joanne Reed of Windrift for allowing this special Kee to become a part of our lives here at Zilvervos.  Unfortunately due to quarantine regulations time did not permit Frisco to attain his American Championship. He finished his show career in the U.S. with a very impressive 12 points and 3 majors, in just 2 months of showing.
