The shadow as drawing...the reflections as drawing.
Drawing on the ground...drawing on the surface of the water.
In full sun the shadows become
an important part of the work -
shadows on the top of the water when the mud is stirred up clouding the
water AND shadows on the beautiful, undulating mud surface below when the
water is clear. The third aspect of 'line/form' is present in the
reflections. This is possible when the sky is cloudy or the sun is low.
