Q: How many Bass Guitars do you have?
A: Approximately 15. Currently I'm using Steinberg and Status Basses.
In the past I've also used BC Rich.
Q: Do you have any Elton John CD's?
A: Yes, I like him very much, and tend to write very much like him when
I'm composing at the piano.
Q: Do you still receive Royalties from your first records?
A: Yes
Q: How many complete albums do you have un-released?
A: Two.
Q: Have you ever written any songs about your fans?
A: Yes, in particular "Glycerine Queen".
Q: Out of all of your albums, which was the hardest to make?
A: Main Attraction.
Q: Do you have any favourites from your Rock Hard album?
A: Yes, "Lonely Is The Hardest".
Q: Did you ever meet Marc Bolan (TRex) in the '70's?
A: Yes, he was a very nice, genuine guy, very normal, very short.
Q: Do you think you would like to make a live album in Australia?
A: Absolutely, Australia is one of the best Rock countries in the world.
Q: Who of the group singers out today do you like?
A: I tend to like individuals like Sinead O'Connor and Melissa Etheridge.
Q: In Japan there was a single out in which you were singing the Wild One with a Japanese Band called Boowy in 1987. How did this happen?
A: Their producer called me in London and asked if I would like to make a guest appearence on the single and I agreed.
Q: Were any of your records for sale on the 1989 Russian Tour?
A: Not at the time of the Tour. But there is a chance of Rock Hard being released in the future, but I signed many old records.
Q: Do you have any acting Idols?
A: Fay Dunaway, Julie Christie. Of the Males, Richard Gere, Clark Gable and Lee Marvin.
Q: Do You have a favourite Elvis Presley song?
A: Love Me Tender
Q: Is there any plans in the future to tour the USA?
A: Yes.
Q: What is your favourite food?
A: Pasta
Q: Did you ever play in a Club in Asbury ark New Jersey, USA, called the Stone Pony?
A: Yes.
Q: Prince has written many hits for other Artists. Would you like to do one of his songs?
A: I think Prince is magnificent.
Q: Did you notice any famous people watching you do Annie Get Your Gun in London?
A: Many. Alan Bates, Susanna York, lots of Royalty including Princess Margaret, Tommy Steele and many more.
Q: Have you ever met Debbie Harry of Blonde as she also worked with Mike Chapman?
A: Many, many times. She used to come to the Studio quite often and we shared the same Publicist for a couple of years.
