Over the past 8 years I have travelled extensively around Australia. During this time, I have been extremely happy with the service Jan Baetz supplies with her Landbase mail service.
Always pleasant to deal with, she is courteous, prompt, reliable and shows great care and attention to detail. A simple phone call to let her know where to send the mail and there it is on cue. I can thoroughly recommend Landbase Mail redirection to any traveller. A little while ago, when crossing the Nullabor to explore WA's south coast, I had a lass from Holland travelling with me. Sanne's mail service was included in her backpacker holiday package, a "service" where you keep punching numbers on a telephone key pad until you hope the computer on the other end understands where you are. On the occasions when her mail did eventually arrive, it came in dribs and drabs over a 4 day period.
Sanne is due to return again to Australia, this time she'll be using Landbase.
I have always valued the Landbase service but after seeing the disappointment and worry on Sanne's face so many times, I appreciate even more that wonderful service with the personal touch which means I can relax because Jan cares.
That's how it's been from the first, a service I couldn't fault.

Dear Jan, thankyou for the continuing great service. When we moved onboard our yacht to go cruising, the problem of what forwarding address to use was solved when we discovered Landbase. Now 6 1/2 years and some 180 packages later, we continue to receive our mail regularly wherever we go. Your services have been exceptional and continue to be of great value. We highly commend them.
