A long long, time ago, a group of Amiga enthusiasts came together as points at a BBS called Sci-Fi. The Amiga was a great personal computer with graphics and sound well ahead of it's time. The problem was that the Fsckwits in charge of the company didn't know how to run a computer company or market it's products properly and eventually managed to destroy the corporation.
Eventually the BBS operator got rid of the points (made us pointless). A new BBS was set up so that the points could keep in contact and others soon joined them. Eventually the points all bought IBuM's, got Internet access and now keep in contact via the Pit.
